The Background Story
Sacha is an enthusiastic and passionate bassist.

After playing piano as a child, and picking up the bass guitar as a teenager, Sacha first began performing with bands at "Rockcrew" events within a local guitar school and, after working through the grading system there, went on to study music performance and production at university.
​
Sacha has a passion for creating and performing original music. As the bassist with a former emerging local band, Sacha spent time writing bass lines and playing original music in venues across South Yorkshire. The band released its original single Caravan Kingdom which was played on BBC Introducing, Sheffield. She continues to work with the band`s lead singer, a singer-songwriter and guitarist. Both are also now members of the Leeds based indie band "Twin Size."

Privileged to have experienced a broad and varied background in musical taste, styles and genres, Sacha enjoys writing their own music and bass lines to accompany wind, strings and electronic pieces.

Most of Sacha`s recording projects are associated with bands or collaborations.
