Sacha,
An electric & electro-accoustic bass guitar player and backing vocals,
Yorkshire UK.
Now residing in Leeds.
Sacha is strongly influenced by music. Even as a very young child, she was deeply absorbed by the emotion in the rhythm and harmony, sometimes physically moved by what she felt and heard.
Sacha has always played for the love, the music examinations just markers on an unmapped journey which led to her studying music performance and production at university. A desire to share new original music through performance and production seemed a natural progression.
She feels at one with her instrument and with how its sound sits within the music and instrumentation we hear as an audience. She strives to play and perform in a way which conveys understanding, feeling and sensitivity both individually and within the collective whole. The music is her voice.
​Sacha has a preference for fingerstyle bass guitar, playing different styles in genres across the music spectrum to accompany wind, stringed and electronic instrumentation.
